I am a lot of things...a mother, a soccer fanatico, a seamstress, a community service volunteer, and a horrible singer, just to name a few! I have been sewing for over 25 years and first learned how to sew on my mother's old Singer, back in 10th grade. After taking lessons from my geometry teacher over the summer months, I was hooked! I received a BFA in Fashion Design from Washington University and started sewing for clients at home. After a many years of bridesmaids /party dresses, children's clothes and home design projects, I started my own business.
Sewing is a peaceful activity for me and I enjoy making beautiful things for people. Not only do I create ready-made and custom items for others, I sew for family and friends, as well as, design custom items and donations for charities. Nothing makes me happier than to see others enjoy my creations!
